For episode 23, I spoke with Verity Noble who is one of the founders of Nude Foods Market a local zero-waste grocery store near Boulder Junction that is on a mission to fundamentally reshape the way we shop for groceries. Nearly all items come in glass jars or other reusable containers which can be returned and reused over and over again.
