The name of the campaign is People For Voter Turnout and the measure will be listed on the ballot as 2E. Currently, members of city council are elected in odd years where voter turnout is dramatically less than in even years. By moving city council elections to even years, proponents for this electoral reform argue that there will be much better representation of constituents in the members elected.
